We aim to maintain very high standards of care and facilities. Residents who feel dissatisfied with any aspect of their care can discuss this with the Manager or the Senior Care assistant on duty. If the matter is not resolved, the owners will investigate the matter to the satisfaction of the resident. Very often, complaints can be resolved straight away.
For unresolved and serious complaints, you can also refer the matter to the Complaints Officer at North Lincolnshire Council, who will investigate the complaint and inform you of the outcome.
